Newsflash: MSU is awful. (ND too)
Usually at this time, after another Buckeye drubbing of a hapless wannabe, I show pictures of their surprised and disappointed fans. But this week, since all the MSU fans left at halftime before ABC pulls out the crowd cam, I thought I’d check out the Big Ten blog… Here is what MSU contributor Dave Dye said (before the game).
Dave Dye: “Do Spartans have a chance? Yes Is this game today starting to feel like a set up to you? We’ve all shredded Michigan State to death this week… But often when this happens, especially to this extent, competitors come back with special performances. Underachievers one week often become overachievers the next (and vice versa)… This will be a game. Michigan State will have a chance for the upset. No blowout.”
Ha ha. Sorry Dave, huge blowout. 38-7. Maybe you should listen to the voice in your head making fun of you as you drink the Michigan Kool-Aid.
As for the prediction, this prognosticator is correct again. I said OSU would cover the spread, which they did. Curt is now 5-1 vs the spread.
