When a regular wager isn’t enough…

Ok, this week, Ohio State gets its first “test” of the season. Supposedly, Purdue is giving them a run. I understand last week David had a whole sack of rocks for the Goliaths, but Purdue has a problem. To keep with the analogy, Purdue has rocks, but is much too slow to stop a quick kick by us (Goliath, I mean, OSU). Purdue’s defense is 10th out of 11 big ten teams. In fact, Purdue has even duped the oddsmakers into thinking this game will be within a touchdown. ..

(Whiney John voice) But Curt, they are 5-0!

Weak. Let’s put some perspective on this. Purdue’s toughest game yet (and the closest) — Notre Dame. That’s right, 0-5 Notre Dame. Notre Dame scored 3 touchdowns on Purdue’s awful defense. Here’s what to expect. OSU runs the ball down their throat, and then play action fake touchdown. Repeat and destroy.

I believe Buckeyes win this game by 3 touchdowns. I’m so sure of it I’m doubling down my bet. If I’m right I’ll get 2 wins, if I’m wrong I’ll take 2 losses.

Go Bucks!

Buckeye Helmet    Did you see us crush Eastern Illinois?

             31          -             13

Curt (1-2) picks OSU (-7).  Double Down!!
