OSU favored by 18.5
Remember 2001? Close game after close game, an improbable rise from 13th (?) to #2 and ultimately the champs. This year is similar. A team without an awe-inspiring offense, but a lights-out defense that is getting no respect nationally (I saw a poll with Ohio State #3 behind Ok & LSU).
The only difference is that this team hasn’t played a close game. Rout after rout, this is the greatest year ever to be a third string walk-on. There will be close games, but this week, we’re talking Michigan State. MSU runs the ball well, but has a very porous defense. That won’t cut it.
Expect Ohio State to completely frustrate MSU, and opportunistically gain their 6 touchdowns.

45 - 10
Curt (3-2) picks Ohio State (-18.5) to cover the spread.
Other games to watch today…
#10 Cal @ UCLA - UCLA is winning the PAC-10 despite losing to ND.
#14 Florida @ #8 Kentucky - Could Florida lose a 3rd time this year?
#18 Auburn @ #5 LSU - If Auburn wins, we can stop hearing the LSU whining.
